The European SafeSkills project brought together experts from five countries – Finland, Poland, France, Spain and Ukraine – to Tampere to address challenges facing the safety and security sector. One of them, Valentyn Bogaychuk from the Regional Development Agency of Odesa Region is positive about near future.
